The very first thing you need to do is make sure you know what type of loan you want:

need some help making some decisions. For example, if you are unsure about whether
or not you can afford a certain house, use the "How Much Can I Borrow" link to gain the answser.

The next thing you need to do is make sure you have the checked the
Preplist:
It contains a summary of items you will need in order to fill in the app with ease.
Most of the info you will know, however, we thought a Preplist would be nice
to offer so you would have the opportunity to collect your paperwork beforehand, instead of
during the middle of the app.
The final thing you need to do is press the "Sign Up" button on the right side of this screen.
We aren't going to ask you a dozen questions, only one!
You will need to enter a Username - a nickname, or your first name,
something common to you and easy to remember.
Once you enter your "UserName" you will press the "Next" button.
When the next screen appears you will see your specified "UserName"
with a 4 digit suffix assigned. We do this as an added measure of security.
Please, before you take one more step, write it down. Commit it to memory.
Yes, we have a record of it, however, it is much faster for you if you
keep control of it.
Once you have your unique "UserName" you will be ready to start the
application. It goes quick, and you can start or stop whenever you need
